Container Loading and shipment pick-up task feature
Who’s it for? Suppliers
When do you do it? Once the container loading has taken place or once the shipment has been collected from your premises, you’ll need to complete the loading/pick-up task.
Why? The container loading and shipment pick-up task feature enables suppliers to verify shipment details and upload associated documentation. It’s a quick and easy way to let the other parties in the supply chain know the shipment has been collected and alert them to any changes.
To find your open tasks, click Tasks within the left-hand tool bar. To turn notifications for new tasks, go to your account icon on the top right-hand corner and in Notification preferences, turn on the loading/pick-up button.
