Insulation Liner

Yes, our liners are food-grade and meet USA FDA standards.

Cardboard is highly sensitive to moisture, losing up to half its bending strength at high humidity levels. Our liners reduce humidity exposure and prevent condensation inside the container. With a breathable membrane ceiling, they allow excess moisture to escape, keeping humidity levels stable around 70%.

  • Integral liner (full protection including floor)
  • Floorless liner
  • Pallet covers in various sizes
  • Floor barrier covers

Yes. They can be recycled and have been shown to generate 38% lower CO₂ emissions than using refrigerated containers (Clean Cargo carrier survey, 2019).

Without the right protection, beverages may be exposed to:

  • Extreme hot/cold fluctuations between day and night
  • Humidity that damages labels, cardboard cartons and packaging strength
  • Cross-contamination or bad smells from other shipments
  • UV rays that affect colour and taste

All of these factors can reduce product integrity on arrival.

During transport, alcoholic beverages face risks such as thermal shock, UV exposure, container rain (moisture build-up that drips inside the container) and odours from previously transported cargo. Insulation liners help protect against these risks, preserving product quality throughout the journey.

  • Reduce temperature fluctuations by over 50% (internal testing)
  • Keep internal temperatures up to 5°C cooler in hot conditions
  • Limit temperature increases to less than 11°C over journeys of 30+ days

They shield beverages against:

  • Temperature fluctuations
  • Container rain and humidity infiltration
  • UV exposure
  • Bad smells and cross-contamination
  • Residue from previously transported cargo

They are designed for quick installation, compatible with all standard dry containers and pallet sizes. Optional floor covers add further hygiene and seal integrity.
