eShipping

It works as a digital storefront for producers, connected to our eShipping and logistics capabilities. Each producer manages their own store and product offering.

eShipping is ideal for:

  • Wineries, breweries and distilleries offering enotourism experiences and e-commerce. Also sending samples to tastings, competitions, customers
  • Brands running direct-to-consumer online shops
  • Auction houses or event organizers managing small-volume shipments
  • Beverage professionals or individuals sending samples

The service is designed for both international and domestic tourists, and for producers and wine, beer and spirits shops that want to simplify transport for their visitors.

For B2C sales within the EU to customers without a VAT number, the invoice must include European VAT or be managed under the OSS scheme if you're registered. For B2C exports outside the EU (e.g. USA), the invoice can be VAT exempt. We handle customs formalities. You must provide a sales invoice with VAT, even if the recipient is a foreign private individual, according to the OSS scheme or national regime.

No. There is no cost involved. We will assist any producer with enabling this feature so their bottles can be ordered by consumers via a QR code on-site or via a URL from home.

No fixed costs. The service is pay-per-shipment. You will receive a detailed quote when placing an order.

eShipping is a transport service designed for very small quantities of wine, beer and spirits, such as individual bottles or cases, less than 1 pallet, covering both B2C (wine tourism, e-commerce, auctions...) and B2B (samples to competitions, urgent orders, tastings, press) among others. It’s ideal for sending beverages purchased during tourism visits, sending bottles to tastings or for auction, or as part of direct-to-consumer sales.

Our platform can be easily integrated into your eCommerce checkout process. This means your customers can book delivery at the same time they make a purchase and track their shipment to their door.

If your webstore is built using a CMS like WooCommerce or PrestaShop it’s easy to connect. We’ve developed plugins that let you link your store directly to our platform, so you can offer our delivery options to your customers in just a few steps.

You can also explore our demo webstore to see how it works and get a feel for the customer experience.

If your store isn’t built on a CMS, don’t worry. You can still connect using our API. Your development team can handle the setup with guidance and support from us.

When booking directly with a carrier, you’re responsible for compiling customs documents, understanding alcohol regulations, securing the right licenses and handling delivery issues. eShipping simplifies that process by managing everything for you from collection to delivery, this includes fiscal representation in EU to help you to be aligned with regulations.

You can request a custom rate grid by destination and quantity. It allows you to quickly check prices without re-quoting every time.
